4 Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his face always. (Psalm 105:4 CSB)

We tend to spend our days seeking after the next best thing. Whether it is the next project or deal at work, or the next personal experience; life becomes a persuit for better.

There is nothing wrong with seeking to improve ourselves, our station or state. But that should begin with seeking the Lord and his strength. If He is ever before us then we know He is in our pursuits. His face is ever before us and involved in all that we do.

It is when we try to do it all on our own life tends to take many false paths.
