6 He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse.” (Malachi 4:6)

Some of us are blessed to have a great relationship with our fathers and some, unfortunately, have not.

We fathers all have our faults. Unfortunately, many fathers today are not involved with their families or are involved in negative ways. When we should be building our families up we allow our anger, our pride or our busyness to impact our families.

Restoring our families faith in us should be of paramount importance. We have been given a great responsibility and must treat it as such. Our ministry first is to our family, then to others. Many times they are the most in need of our time and presence.
