Rest

29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (Matthew 11:29 NIV)

It can be difficult to find rest. Our work-a-day worlds are hectic and driven places. Every company wants to do more with less in a shorter timeframe. Even nights and weekends offer little reprieve due to the press of our electronic lives which extend our work weeks.

However, we need to take some time to stop down and rest our mind, body and soul. Allowing for the renewal of sleep, quiet reflection and fellowship with others.

When we enter into this time of rest we renew ourselves, providing the mental, physical and spiritual energy to take on another day,
