It is a sobering thought. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As such, why do we put so much time and energy into getting more stuff? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, when something is useful to us then it is worth having for a time. It has usefulness and\/or serves a purpose. But the reality is that we simply tend to accumulate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take a quick peek at your closet, attic, garage or spare room to really realize what you have simply accumulated. I know I am guilty of this and much of what I have no longer has a purpose in my life.
