Not for Human Masters

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, (Colossians 3:23 NIV)

Everyone has a bad day at work. We all run into situations where we are overloaded, asked to do more with less, sucked into a political situation not of our making, or simply frustrated with our work.

But if we shift our attitude away from ourselves and our work to whom we truly work for, then work … well, just gets easier.

When we make work all about us we lose sight of the higher reason for what we do and we loose sight that this too can be a testimony.
